Promotion A: Subscribe to BNB Locked Products and Maximise BNB Scores to Share 273,000 OM and 50,000 USDC in Rewards

Eligible users must complete a subscription of at least 0.5 BNB to BNB Locked Products to qualify to participate in Promotion A. Users can accrue a higher total BNB Score by subscribing more BNB, subscribing to longer locked terms (e.g. 120-day), subscribing as early as possible during the Promotion Period, and turning on the Auto-Subscribe function. 

Eligible users will then be ranked by their total BNB Scores on the leaderboard for a chance to share rewards, as per the table below.:

Reward Structure:

Reward Calculation: BNB Locked Product Score-Based Mechanism 

The total BNB score will be calculated as follows:

Total BNB Score = BNB Locked Product Subscribed Amount * Locked Term Multiplier * Promotion Period Multiplier *  Auto-Subscribe Multiplier

Scoring System:

• BNB Locked Product Subscribed Amount: The total amount of BNB subscribed to the locked products during the Promotion Period. Please note that if any BNB Locked Product position is redeemed during the Promotion Period, the BNB Locked Product Subscribed Amount for that position will be negative, resulting in a deduction in the Total BNB Score. 

  • Auto-Subscribed positions that renew during the Promotion Period will be counted towards the Total BNB Score. 

  • Any existing BNB Locked Product positions that mature during the Promotion Period while Auto-Subscribe was turned off will not incur any deduction in the Total BNB Score.

• Locked Term Multiplier: A multiplier based on the duration of the locked product term (e.g. 120-day). Longer terms will have higher multipliers.

• Promotion Period Multiplier: A multiplier based on the number of days till the last day of Promotion when the subscription or redemption happens. The Promotion lasts for 20 days from 2024-12-24 00:00 (UTC) to 2025-01-12 23:59 (UTC). Longer subscription periods will have higher multipliers. If you redeem a BNB Locked Product position early, it may be counted negatively based on how early you redeem it, leading to a penalty and a deduction in the Total BNB Score. 

• Auto-Subscribe Multiplier: Auto-Subscribe refers to the BNB Locked Products Auto-Subscribe function. Users can refer to this FAQ for more information on how-to turn on the “Auto-Subscribe” function. By 2025-01-12 23:59 (UTC), users who have turned on the Auto-Subscribe function will receive a 1x Multiplier, while users who have not turned on the Auto-Subscribe function will receive a 0.5x Multiplier. Early redemption for all positions regardless Auto-Subscribe is turned on during the Promotion Period will still be calculated as 1x Multiplier.

Total BNB Score Calculation Examples:

Promotion B: Subscribe to BNB Locked Products for a Chance to Win $50,000 in USDC tokens (Worth a Premium Electric Vehicle)

Eligible users who subscribe to BNB Locked Products and maintain at least 3 BNB with Auto-Subscribe function turned on by 2025-01-12 23:59 (UTC) can qualify to participate in Promotion B. At 2025-01-14 23:59 (UTC), we will use the BNB Smart Chain hash value to automatically select one eligible user with the most number of consecutive numerical digits in their UID to be the winner. The selected winner will receive $50,000 in USDC token voucher, which is the same value as a Premium Electric Vehicle.

About Simple Earn BNB Locked Products:

• Simple Earn Locked Products allows users to earn higher daily rewards by depositing their digital assets for different locked terms.

• Users may subscribe to BNB Locked Products using their BNB assets at any time to earn the following rewards:

1. Launchpool Rewards (where applicable)

2. BNB Rewards (Refer to the latest APR)

3. Megadrop Rewards (where applicable)

4. HODLer Airdrops (where applicable)

• Only users in qualified countries/regions will automatically receive Megadrop, HODLer Airdrops and/or Launchpool rewards for holding BNB Locked Products positions. 

• Users are not required to manually redeem their BNB assets from BNB Locked Products to participate in Launchpools. 

• Rewards calculation for Launchpools is the same, regardless of whether users subscribe to BNB Locked Products or stake their BNB directly in Launchpools. 

• When there are multiple Launchpool projects running concurrently, users’ BNB assets in Locked Products will automatically be equally allocated to each Launchpool project the user is eligible for.

Terms & Conditions:

• Only users who complete identity verification and confirm their participation during the Promotion Period can qualify for rewards in the Promotions. 

• Users may also view the FAQs on Simple Earn Locked Products for more information.

• Each sub-account will not be viewed as an independent account when participating in this Promotion. Sub-accounts’ subscription amount will be combined with the master account’s standard subscription amount.

• Rewards Distribution:

  • OM and USDC token rewards will be airdropped to eligible users by 2025-02-20 23:59 (UTC), unless otherwise advised by Binance. Users may find their rewards via Profile > Assets > Spot Wallet. The rewards transaction can be checked in Wallet > Transaction History > Spot > Distribution. 

  • Binance uses the exchange rate of OM/USD at ～$3.48 on 2024-12-10 to calculate the total rewards in USD.

  • Binance will use $50,000 as the general market estimate of a Premium Electric Vehicle, as determined on 2024-12-10, and then reward the selected user with an equivalent amount in USDC token voucher. The reward does not include taxes, shipping fees, or any other additional fees.

  • The $50,000 token (Premium Electric Vehicle equivalent) winner will be announced on social media with a masked UID on 2025-01-31, and rewards will be distributed in the form of USDC token voucher.

  • Token vouchers are subject to additional terms and conditions. All the distributed token vouchers will expire within 14 days after distribution. Eligible users should claim their voucher rewards before the expiration date. Learn how to redeem a token voucher. 

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants that, in its reasonable opinion, are acting fraudulently or not in accordance with any applicable terms and conditions.

• Binance reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or Promotion Rules at its sole discretion.

• Users can view their assets on Simple Earn Locked Products by going to Wallets > Earn.

• Users may enable the “Auto-Subscribe” function before completing subscriptions to Simple Earn BNB Locked Products, this function will automatically renew users’ existing Locked Products position into a new position of the same duration upon expiry. 

• Unlock period for Locked Products: One day.

• About early redemption for Simple Earn Locked Products: Users may redeem their assets in advance. After choosing early redemption, digital assets will be returned to the spot account, and users will not be entitled to any rewards. Any distributed rewards (accrued or otherwise) will be deducted from the refunded principal. It may take 48-72 hours to receive the digital assets.
